Whether the COP will prove to have been all 'blah, blah, blah' or a turning point that sees the end of fossil fuels and the extractive economy that exploits 'natural' resources, the people who live there and the consumers, remains to be seen. The science has at last got a hearing but there still seems to be a lag to 'get it'.
